Each Beef Quarter includes approximately 88 lbs of USDA Prime beef, the highest grade of beef available with superior marbling and flavor. That’s enough to serve up to 59 family meals (based on a family of four) with tender, delicious cuts from a trusted local farm.

Your beef will be cut to our standard specifications or custom-cut to your preferences. Whether you're looking for perfectly marbled ribeyes, juicy roasts, or ground beef for everyday meals, our expert butchers will prepare it your way.

💲 Pricing & Deposit:

A $200 deposit secures your share. The remaining balance (typically up to $1,000) is due when the beef is ready in 4–6 weeks, based on final hanging weight.

🚚 FREE Local Delivery:

We offer free delivery within Outagamie County, Winnebago County, and Calumet County. Not in those counties? Reach out—we may still be able to deliver.
